Shipment and returns
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund (clearance items are not returnable). Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Shipping on returns will be the customer's responsibility.
- We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM ship by the next business day.
- We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes or re-shippers.
